Do you offer a guarantee on your plants?
Yes! We stand behind delivering quality plants. At NorCalPlants, our plants come with a 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery to refund or replace any plants arriving damaged, dying or struggling to thrive. Simply send us a photo and reach out – we’ll take care of the rest!
What if my plant arrives damaged, dead, or unhealthy?
Don't worry! We're here to help.
We ship all plants healthy and alive, but sometimes shipping stress can affect young plants. We offer a 30-day guarantee from the delivery date: if your plant arrives damaged, dies, or struggles to thrive after transplanting, we’ll send free replacements or issue a refund. All you need to do is contact us by sending us a photo and describing the issue... and we'll take care of the rest.
What if I receive the wrong plant?
If you receive the wrong plant, feel free to keep it or gift it to someone. Just contact us by sending us a photo and letting us know, and we’ll promptly refund your order or send the correct plant to your home. We want you to receive and enjoy exactly what you ordered!
What if my plants never arrive?
While we do our best to send healthy plants on time, we can’t control shipping delays. If your order hasn’t arrived, please wait 24 hours to see if it gets delivered either to you or a neighbor. If it still doesn’t arrive or if the plants arrive damaged, contact us—we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
Why is my plant smaller or different from the photo?
Each plant is unique and may vary slightly in size from the photos shown. We personally ensure every plant is healthy, well-established, and strong enough to handle shipping so it arrives happy and ready to grow. With proper care, your plants will quickly thrive. If expectations weren't met or if anything in our nursery seems unclear, please let us know—we’re always happy to improve!
What should I do if my plant has bugs or pests?
We carefully inspect all plants to ensure they’re bug-free, but on rare occasions, pests can appear. If your plant arrives with bugs, we’ll refund or replace it. Please send us a photo and let us know... we'll take care of the rest.
For general plant care, you can use insecticidal soap or horticultural oil, applied in the early morning or late evening. This helps the treatment work longer and prevents leaf scorch, offering a safe, natural way to control pests.
Do you ship to my state?
Yes! We ship nationwide to any state in the United States with free shipping.
How can I make a custom order?
Whether a bulk order or a custom plant selection, please reach out to us and let us know what you would like! We are happy to provide plants in bulk and offer custom quotes for any need.
