Shipping Days

To ensure the health and quality of our live plants, we ship orders on the following days:

  • Monday
  • Tuesday
  • Wednesday
  • Friday

Orders placed outside of these days will ship on the next available shipping day.


Live Plant Shipping & Our Guarantee

Your plant’s health is our top priority, and we carefully prepare each order to withstand the shipping process. We take great care in packaging our plants to ensure they arrive healthy and in excellent condition. However, shipping delays or damage can occasionally occur.

If your order arrives damaged, unhealthy, or is significantly delayed in transit, we take full responsibility and will do our part to make it right.

In these cases, we will gladly offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
