The plants are gorgeous and healthy, bigger than I expected and doing wonderfully.

A couple months back I ordered three cuttings of Imperial Thai. I received one imperial Thai and the two others were not imperial Thai. I reached out to customer service and they let me keep all three and refunded me for the two. I had asked for a shipment of two imperial Thai but was told there were no more cuttings for them to send. Cut and dry, no problems. Very helpful and very nice customer service. I was bummed I wasn’t getting any more imperial Thai. Fast forward to last week, seller remembered me and reached out to me personally to let me know more was in stock. I ordered another set of three. I have ordered hundreds of plants over the past couple of years and the packaging from this seller was top tier. My plants arrived in perfect beautiful condition and I was so happy unpacking them.

Smells like chocolate mint 😋. After only 4 days planted, they look great! I leave them under a big shade tree, they only get morning sun. Wasn't sure how'd they do outside in the arizona heat. Thank you!

All arrived healthy and some even had flowers. The plugs are small so I’m hoping I get them really going before 1st frost.

The plants arrived really quickly and in great condition!!! I ordered on Thursday and they arrived on Monday. I wish I would’ve found this shop sooner. I wasted money placing an order with someone else. Those mint plants died shortly after arriving.

I gotta admit, I was a lil hesitant purchasing live plants via online and long distance shipping. That being said, I had tons of questions and more than just a few concerns. Reached out to seller with multiple questions BEFORE deciding to pull the trigger and order. The absolute best customer service I could’ve hoped for. She was patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and very empathetic. All this not knowing if I was a sale or not. Told me all I needed to know about this company and their approach to customer satisfaction. I would definitely use them again without hesitation or reservation. They are what right looks like! Oh yea…all of her responses to my questions were answered quickly. Sometimes before I even logged off my computer. Rylie was ‘da bomb!!!! Lastly, shipment arrived days earlier than anticipated. So there’s that!
