I gotta admit, I was a lil hesitant purchasing live plants via online and long distance shipping. That being said, I had tons of questions and more than just a few concerns. Reached out to seller with multiple questions BEFORE deciding to pull the trigger and order. The absolute best customer service I could’ve hoped for. She was patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and very empathetic. All this not knowing if I was a sale or not. Told me all I needed to know about this company and their approach to customer satisfaction. I would definitely use them again without hesitation or reservation. They are what right looks like!
